Daredevil Noir
One night, Daredevil infiltrates a building where the Kingpin is expecting him. The two confront each other and discuss what has happened in the past week involving Orville Halloran. In his childhood, Matt Murdock was blinded by his father's assassin who brutally slammed his head into a brick wall, leaving him sightless. Though he did wish to become a lawyer, his impoverished lifestyle denied it, leaving him to be a performer instead, under the name Daredevil. Later he took to the streets as a vigilante, killing criminals to avenge those they killed. Matt now works with Foggy Nelson and was in his office until one afternoon a woman name Eliza entered the room and offered a way to bring down Halloran. When she left the office, Foggy has doubts and turns to Matt, but Matt convinced him that she's telling the truth and left the office to investigate. Meanwhile Fisk is with Halloran in a restaurant discussing about the identity of Daredevil being Jack Murdock's son.

However one night, a police officer sees three cars, two are police cars and one being the gangster's car, and witnesses five men being killed by the Bullseye Killer and believe that he's one of Halloran's men. Back in the office, both Foggy and Matt discuss Halloran making his move against Fisk, and Matt worries that Eliza will be caught in the middle of it. When Foggy said that Eliza mentioning Halloran putting money on Matt's father throwing the fight on the night he was killed, Matt left the office to find out. Matt went to a bar called Dilooly and met with Eliza there to confirm what Eliza said to Foggy is true about his father, which she did confirm and told Matt not to do anything that would get him killed. When Matt was walking on the street he heard a woman screamed, which he quickly dressed up in his Daredevil uniform and apprehended the assailant, however it was revealed to be a setup by Wilson Fisk who wanted to meet him and revealed that Halloran was the one who killed his father.

The next night, Matt followed around the city to look over Eliza, but suddenly a fight broke out in the "Landmark Inn" were a bar-tender revealed that the Bullseye Killer was here before dying. With no sign of Eliza and Hell's Kitchen being threatened, Matt went throughout the city to find the whereabouts of Halloran from his men. He went back to Foggy's office to reveal that he knows where Halloran is and plans to get Eliza back, but Foggy has doubts about if Matt ever had her. Matt went to the harbor and found Halloran there, who was expecting him to arrived. Matt figured out that Halloran killed his father and told Fisk, who then told him about it, which would lead Matt coming to him. However what shocked him is that Eliza was there, who was surprised that she can lie to him, but what surprised Matt is that Halloran revealed that Eliza is the Bullseye Killer. Surprised by the news, Matt figured out that she is one of Fisk's employers, which Halloran refused to believe until Eliza killed him.

With Halloran dead and Eliza killing the rest of Halloran's men, the two fought constantly, with Eliza gaining the upper hand, but Matt eagerly charged into her but both landed into the sea. This made Eliza unable to throw well, which gave Matt an advantage as he began to strangle her to death with a chain and Eliza trying to fight back until she was unconscious, but Matt couldn't finish her off because he still loves her and dragged her back to the surface. The Police arrived and Matt left, leaving Eliza in police custody. Matt returned to Foggy's office and reveal to him that Eliza was the Bullseye Killer, which surprised him, but also revealed that he couldn't kill her because he still has feelings for her. Foggy comfort him until Matt decides to go after Fisk. Returning to the present event with Matt and Fisk ending their discussion and the series end with the two beginning to fight each other

Punisher Noir
The story begins in 1935 Manhattan with an unknown man, later to be identified as Frank Castleione, waking up and turning on his radio, during which he is seen with several bullet marks across his back. In the following scenes, a radio broadcast airs detailing a lone vigilante, all the while the still unnamed man gets dressed, which includes preparing a couple grenades, knives, brass knuckles, and two pistols with the Punisher skull on them, just as the man dons a mask with the same skull, the radio broadcast identifies the lone vigilante as the Punisher.

Following this, a flashback is presented detailing Frank's time during World War I, and also provides the story behind the Punisher's famous logo. It was Frank's way of 'taking the piss' out of his wife's fear that he would be claimed by the Angel of Death. Ironically, she is later claimed by cancer which leaves Frank to raise their son, Frank Jr (Frankie) on his own. He falls in with a group of young hoodlums, and after they steal a Jewish man's wallet, Frank catches them. Upon their return to the store they both operate, they are beset by two gangsters seeking protection money, which Frank Sr. refuses, causing them to draw their guns. However, both Frank Jr. and Sr. quickly dispose of these two, and the scene switches to a new building, where the now bandaged mobsters explain what happened, after having their fingers removed by a cigar cutter, their boss is revealed to be Dutch Shultz.

Wolverine Noir
In this version which took place in 1937, Wolverine is known as Jim Logan and runs a detective agency with partner and alleged brother Dog Logan. As teenager James Howlett, he was taught the art of Japanese knife fight by his gardener Smitty, who was knowledgeable of the Samurai arts and was taught how to use the Katana and Knives, but mainly uses knives due to his Irish background. In the present, both he and Dog met with a new client name Mariko Yashida, who is a Japanese businesswoman and hired him to find the people who is preventing her father's business. Dog went out to investigate starting with Victor Creed, who owns a hotel called the Puritan, but suddenly went missing. Logan went to search for him from where he was last seen and was approached by two men (one with a long sword and another with two knives). When both men attack, Logan brought out his modified knife claws and kill the two. When Logan entered the room he saw Dog's knife, which Smitty gave him, being covered in blood and fearing he his too late.

Logan later went to the Bowery and entered one building, and was faced off against a woman name Yuriko Oyama, who mistakenly thinks he works for Creed. The two discuss about Logan finding Dog, but when Yuriko was about to kiss him, he refused and she disappeared. Logan returned to his office, were he received a call from Mariko and demanded answers from her, which she replied to meet her in Club Dos Passos after she hang up the phone, angered Logan more, however he found Dog's notebook which has the name Creed on the page. Logan went to the south east of the Bowery to search for Victor Creed, who owns the "Victory Boxing" club, who was expecting him. Creed invited Logan in and faced him in the boxing ring, with Logan demanding to know where his partner is, but Creed has the upper hand and beaten him unconsciously. Logan's body was thrown out into the alley, where Yuriko's deceased body was there next to him.

Logan wakes up and was surprised to see the deceased Yuriko lying on the street. Mariko meets Logan in Club Dos Passos, with an angry Logan demanding to know who Mariko is, which she explained about herself ten years ago that she and her friends were dreaming country is being threatened as it continues to strive to war with China. With Mariko giving her explanation she ask Logan who he is, which Logan explained that over seven years ago when he was still James Howlett, he attended Smitty's funeral who died of consumption and he was planning to propose to Rose and was meeting her behind his family's greenhouse. After he arrived he was shocked when he saw Dog and Rose kissing as they reveled that they've been having a relationship behind his back, which Rose expressing no emotional feelings for him and Dog laughing at him as Logan feels humiliated. Feeling heart-broken and betrayed, James became furious and in rage as he took out his knives and attack, with Dog and Rose appearing both shocked and afraid as it was the first time they've seen James like this. As James woke up from his rage he finds himself covered in blood and sees a now mentally broken down Dog completely afraid of him as he was brutally scared and bleeding. He also remembered Rose in shock and afraid of him because of what he as done to Dog as she ran off as she was planning to reveal everyone of what he has done, now fearing that others would come after him he decided to run away with Dog as he no longer has a future as James Howlett which made him decide to change his name to Jim Logan, reminding him of what he has done. Fearing for his safety Mariko tells Logan to forget about everything, but Logan is determined to find them, which Mariko replied that they will hunt him down. As Mariko leaves Logan tries to follow her, but was too tired as he fell unconscious, where Creed and his men stand around him.

Few hours later, Creed and his men took an unconscious Logan near a train station, with Logan dreaming about Mariko. When Logan barely woken up, Creed commented that he kill Mariko after she left the club, which angered Logan enough for him to fight back, but was beaten down by Creed and was dragged to the platform. From there, Logan was glad to see Mariko and figured out when the war in Japan will start her father will build a criminal empire in New York, but didn't care as he confessed his love for her. When he ask why Mariko is not looking at him he smell a scent that he was familiar with, and was shocked to find that his former sweetheart, Rose, is there, showing to him her disfigured face. Rose revealed to Logan Mariko's face, where her left eye was bruised from the beating and Dog tied up and placed in a train track. Rose also revealed that seven years ago when he was about to attack, Dog pushed her on the way, causing her face to be scared by him right after he start attacking Dog. She also revealed that when her father died she inherited his fortune and later met with Creed, who pointed out to her that she would make enough profit from the war, but has not forgotten what he did to her. Logan figured out that Rose was the one who set the whole thing to get revenged and demanded that she would let Mariko go, but she refused as she sees her as a problem and Creed commented that they've gotten close, until a train appeared. Logan demanded that she would spare Dog, but didn't gave a reply as she commented about Mariko not revealing to Logan about the plan or about what happened to her involving her father. With the train coming closer Logan yelled that she would save Dog, but did nothing as he saw Dog being killed by a runaway train, and shocked him even more as Rose took out her gun and killed Mariko in front of him. With Dog and Mariko both dead, Logan was fuelled with rage and attack starting with Creed's men, where Logan took two katana's from them and kill three of them, with Creed leaving Rose. With no one left, Logan moves to kill Rose, but Rose talked to him and requested that she would leave the Bowery and return to the Greenhouse with her, forgetting his sins. Feeling tempted to return to the life he once had before with Rose as he dropped one of the katana and touched her face, Logan no longer has any feelings for her when he sees Mariko's body as he kills her, piercing the katana through her chest. With the case now solved and the sun now rising, Logan heads to the Bowery as he returns to his office feeling sad that he has lost Dog, Rose and Mariko. The series ends with Logan commenting a quote from his preacher father, "A Man who's damnned himself", passing along the way a newspaper boy releasing paper headlining "Japan Invades China, World War II?".
